EXIT Realty Corp. International, a full-service real estate franchisor, opened for business in Toronto, Canada on September 3, 1996, and in record time, expanded across North America. The unique business model, the EXIT Formula, is one of the key reasons for the phenomenal growth. 

 

 

EXIT is about building powerful real estate agents one at a time. Most companies are focused on numbers, not the individual, at EXIT we focus on the individual because we believe if the individual grows the whole company will grow with them. We do this in five simple ways:

Carol O’Hanley and Steve Yoston purchased the franchise rights for Prince Edward Island in September 2015. The EXIT values and beliefs, as well as the EXIT formula, attracted them to the brand.
