Jim Carragher has been in the real estate industry for over 28 years. Not only is he an experienced salesperson, Jim also takes the initiative to get involved with the real estate industry in many other capacities.
In 1996, Jim was first elected as a Director to the PEIREA – a position he held until 1998. Ten years later, Jim was once again elected as a Director and, from 2009 to 2010, he was Vice-President of the Association. In 2010 Jim was elected President which he held until 2014. In addition to his work with the Association, Jim has served on many committees including Chair of the Rules and Regulations Committee, a PAC Committee Member, Discipline & Ethics and Finance – to name a few. Jim is also involved with teaching the Provincial Real Estate Pre-Licensing course as well as facilitating Real Estate leadership courses on a national level.
