Shawna Perry

Having grown up in a household where her parents built and sold new development houses every couple of years, Shawna understands first-hand every aspect of buying and selling Real Estate.

She knows the importance of making every step of the process a positive one, and always knew her career would lead her into Real Estate. Shawna was born and raised in Western PEI before moving to the city of Charlottetown where she completed her education in Business Administration. Shawna believes she was born an entrepreneur. Having opened her own business and pushed it to succeed through a global pandemic, she quickly realized that with self-discipline, hard work, and lots of passion, she could achieve anything. This is what ultimately gave her the push to follow her dreams into developing her Real Estate career. Being able to help others through one of the biggest decisions they will make is what Shawna loves most about Real Estate.

Now residing in Summerside, PEI with her two young children and dog, Shawna fell in love with the city by the sea and calls it her forever home. In her spare time, you will find Shawna exploring PEI’s parks and trails with her children, sitting on the board of her children’s Home and School Association, or enjoying the excellent local dining and shopping PEI has to offer.
