Hello, my name is Chris Pappas, and I'm a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty PEI. I specialize in photography, videography, and storytelling to market my clients' properties, creating walkthrough videos and photos that capture the essence of your home. This approach helps potential buyers fall in love online, leading to quicker sales, smoother processes, and top-dollar offers - often before they even step inside.

This is my second chapter in real estate, after a four-year start followed by an eight-year hiatus to pursue my passions. I studied Film Production at Vancouver Film School, worked on three TV shows, then traded it all for two years of camper van adventures across Canada - wintering in BC, summering on PEI, and exploring in between. A chance meeting on a sunny September weekend introduced me to my partner, and we've since built a strong family life with her two kids and our sweet Shih Tzu, Sandy.

To ground myself, I assisted Steve Yoston, Broker of EXIT Realty PEI, for two years, learning from the best how to navigate the market successfully.
