Dave entered the real estate world for his love of working with people, and he prides himself in his dedication to his clients. His mission is to provide the best service possible, to make the process of buying or selling a home fun and hassle-free, and to help clients make informed and confident decisions.
Dave grew up on the south shore of PEI on his family’s ancestral farm, where he developed a love of the history and culture of the Island. He has a B.A. in History and Politics and a Bachelor of Education from UPEI. Though he spent most of his adult life teaching and roaming almost every continent of the world, he returned to his roots here on PEI in 2012. He currently lives just outside Cornwall with his wife, two wee sons, and his westie, where they are fixing up an old farmhouse and enjoying the Island’s country lifestyle.
After 9 years in education, he began real estate in March 2016 and joined the EXIT team the following September. Teaching has given him the skills to work with a wide range of people and cultures and to guide them through the buying and selling process. Real estate is giving Dave the chance to really get to know our Island, by working closely with people from tip to tip. He looks forward to continuing to serve Islanders to make their move a reality.
