After a time away from the Real Estate business, Fred is back and ready to work with his son, Patrick and his wife, Maria, both Real Estate Agents with EXIT Realty PEI. Our goal is to use a team approach to help our clients through the buying and selling of a home or property, making the process as simple and stress free as possible.

Over the past 15 years, Fred and his wife, Maria have built and renovated hospitality properties in Charlottetown and rural PEI. Today, Fred, Maria and family live on a farm homestead started by his parents fifty-some years ago.

Fred is also a Mortgage Broker with Dominion Lending and understands the financial needs of his clients. Fred is great at thinking outside of the box with finding flexible solutions for his clients both in their real estate and mortgage needs.

Fred is an electrician by trade and has been involved in the Energy Systems Engineering Tech at Holland College which helps people make greener choices to make buildings more energy efficient.

In their spare time, Fred and Maria enjoy spending time with their three grandchildren, Jaxon, Darcy, and Lily.
