JoAnne is an Islander born in Summerside, PEI, adopted and raised in Albany. She has three siblings, all of whom were also adopted. She is married to her husband Grant with three children, Liam – a Constable with Charlottetown Police Services,  Isaac – a welder at CMP and Kerry – a recent business graduate at Holland College. JoAnne is also a lover of animals and has many pets!

JoAnne believes building relationships is the key to any success. As a teacher for more than 25 years, it gives her great pleasure seeing children succeed and instilling in them the belief that they can do whatever they set their mind to, put their best foot forward and always try their best. Her motto is the same!

JoAnne loves to dabble in home-based businesses, thrift shopping (AKA retail therapy), enjoying PEI beaches, frequenting unique local restaurants, socializing with friends, and meeting new people. JoAnne is very much a people person and looks forward to working with future clients to help make their dreams come true!

JoAnne has been interested in real estate for over 20 years, but the timing never seemed right to get involved in the industry. She has been on the buying and selling end of transactions several times and experienced the industry firsthand.
