Paul has had an interest in real estate for over 20 years. After building 4 summer cottages and renovating two water front cottages since 2001, Paul has owned and operated Meadowbank Cottages for two decades.

Paul has since built & sold over 16 properties since 2014 in Cornwall & Charlottetown. Paul has been in a sales role for well over 25 years. Being a REALTOR was a natural progression for him with his drive and determination to assist families looking for newly constructed homes to help the housing crisis facing many people on PEI.
