Peilun Ye, AKA “Pike”, came to Prince Edward Island (“PEI”) as an international student in 2007 from China, and then became a permanent resident of Canada in 2013 under the PEI Provincial Nominee Program (“PEI PNP”) Skilled Worker Stream. He is currently residing in PEI with his wife and 3 kids.

Pike graduated from Holland College with a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2009 and obtained an Immigration Consultant Diploma from Ashton College in early 2017.

Between 2010 to 2013, he was an employee of an Immigration Company as Branch Manager in Charlottetown. And since 2015 he is a co-founder of Wintrust International Ltd. Because of the immigration industry he had the great opportunity to meet with a variety of newcomers from different countries. From that time, he realized that the most priority concern for the Newcomers is “HOME”. He has been asked so many questions regarding Real Estate. With his limited knowledge about this industry, he always asks for help from his licensed Real Estate Agent. In order to service his clients better and give them the right direction to obtain their dream house, he took the course and passed the exam. Now he is a licensed REALTOR®.
