Steve Yoston is a real estate broker who co-owns the EXIT Realty PEI franchise with his wife and business partner Carol O’Hanley.  EXIT Realty PEI has its main office in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and satellite offices in Summerside and Montague. EXIT Realty PEI prides itself on providing high quality representation to those selling and buying real estate in the province of Prince Edward Island.

Steve Yoston has been licensed to sell real estate in the province of Prince Edward Island since February 7th, 2000. Since that time, he has successfully represented over 822 sellers and over 657 buyers, won numerous production awards, and served on the board and completed committee work for the Prince Edward Island Real Estate Association.

EXIT Realty Corp. International, a full-service real estate franchisor, opened for business in Toronto, Canada on September 3, 1996, and in record time expanded across North America. Steve Yoston and Carol O’Hanley purchased the franchise rights for Prince Edward Island in September 2015. The EXIT values and beliefs, as well as the EXIT formula, attracted them to the brand.

Steve Yoston started his career with EXIT in 2000 and credits much of his success to the high-quality training and focus on personal development that he was exposed to as a new salesperson with the brand. He is now focused on providing that same high-quality training to the salespeople and staff at EXIT Realty PEI so they can provide an excellent client experience to those they serve. Steve and Carol were awarded broker of the year by EXIT Realty Corp. International for Atlantic Canada in 2023 and then followed that up by being awarded broker of the year for all of Canada in 2024.
